Micky was absolutely the perfect person to guide us through the sale of our old home and subsequently the purchase of our new one. Just because of how the market played out on both sides, we hit a couple of snags along the way, but she was there at every step, explaining what was happening, answering our MANY questions and just dealing with some of our frustrations very calmly and professionally. We never felt like we were monopolizing her time or taking her attention away from something else. It was truly all about us.
